Branded asset upload forms teams will actually use
Give teams a governed way to upload creative assets using branded forms that are as easy to use and customize as your campaign URL forms.
Learn MoreAssets Studio
Once your campaign tracking follows the same standard, Assets Studio connects campaign data to creative assets so your team can see what ran, what worked, and what to do next with more confidence.
Assets Studio is a lightweight governed asset library that turns campaign tracking into clearer creative decisions.
Why it matters
When campaign tracking and creative assets do not share the same standard, teams end up guessing which creative actually worked. Assets Studio carries governed campaign data into asset metadata so performance, reuse, and ROA are easier to trust.

Learn moreFour simple steps to connect governed campaign tracking to creative assets so performance by asset is easier to see and act on.
Build branded asset upload forms teams will actually use, so every upload starts with cleaner metadata and better consistency.
Apply rules, required fields, and approved values so asset metadata stays searchable, reusable, and easier to trust.
Use the same governed workflow to connect campaign standards to creative assets, so campaign and creative data stop drifting apart.
Attach assets inside the workflow and connect them back to governed campaign data so creative performance and ROA become easier to see and act on.
Assets Studio was built to answer one question: what is my return on asset (ROA)? It connects creative assets to governed campaign standards (UTMs for GA4 or Tracking Codes/CIDs for Adobe), so you can measure asset usage and performance without manual tagging or cleanup.
Keep your current DAM and workflows. Assets Studio can work alongside your system so you can tie creative performance back to governed campaign data without migrating your entire library. Integrations are available on select plans.
If your team runs on folders, Assets Studio works as a lightweight asset management system that keeps campaign creatives organized, searchable, and ROA-ready.
In Assets Studio, every uploaded file becomes an asset record with standardized metadata tags, similar to a digital asset management (DAM) system. When someone attaches that asset to a Campaign URL form to generate a link, Assets Studio automatically creates a usage record and auto tags the creative asset. For example, that usage record captures the governed campaign parameters used in that submission, including UTM parameters for GA4 or Tracking Code (CID) values for Adobe Analytics (channel, tactic, campaign, and creative format).
As a result, each asset builds a reliable history of when it was used, how it was used, and which campaign standards it followed, so you can analyze campaign results by asset and answer, “which creative performed best?” Unlike traditional UTM tools that stop at link creation or DAMs that don’t connect assets to governed tracking data, Assets Studio gives you clean, exportable asset-to-campaign data for performance reporting and ROA.
Even with the most expensive BI tools, you’ll only get reliable “performance by asset” if each creative can be consistently tied back to the campaign parameters behind the link (for example: campaign, channel, tactic, or creative format). That shouldn’t require a BI project (or a BI budget). UTM Smart Manager was built to make asset-level analysis possible using the campaign parameters your main analytics platforms already understand. GA4 and Adobe Analytics already report by campaign parameters, so the key is capturing creative metadata consistently inside those governed parameters.
UTM Smart Manager lets you define your own standard and enforce it through governed forms so teams don’t tag creatives differently every time. Assets Studio adds the asset layer, attaching standardized asset metadata and storing a usage history of which campaign parameters each asset was used with. The result is clean, filterable campaign data in your existing reporting stack so you can confidently answer “which creative performed best?” without manual tagging or guesswork.
Assets Studio makes it easy to stay consistent because marketing ops sets the upload rules once and everyone follows the same guided form. You choose the fields that matter (like channel, tactic, format, or version) and add simple controls like required fields, formatting rules, and approved dropdown options so people can’t “tag it differently” every time.
As more teams upload assets, your creative library stays clean and searchable without constant follow ups or manual cleanup. That means less time policing tags and more time reusing what works and proving which creatives perform best.
You can track usage from either direction: open the asset submissions view to see the campaign URLs that included a specific asset, or open a Campaign URL form’s submissions to see which assets were used for a specific campaign. Because each submission contains the governed campaign parameters behind the link, you can quickly see the context (for example: campaign, channel, tactic, format) and when it was used.
This speeds up planning because you can quickly find proven assets, avoid duplicating work, and retire underperforming creative versions with confidence. It also helps when you’re refreshing a campaign or coordinating with an agency, since everyone can reference the same record. For deeper reporting across assets and campaigns, enterprise plans can integrate this data into BigQuery or Looker.
Assets Studio is available on select plans. If it isn’t included in your current plan, you can still use Campaign URL Studio to generate governed campaign URLs, and upgrade when you’re ready to track asset usage and ROA.
Today, Assets Studio supports image assets, and we’re continuously expanding file support over time. The goal is the same: capture consistent asset metadata and connect it to governed campaign parameters so you can measure performance by asset and ROA. For deeper reporting and data workflows, enterprise plans can support integrations such as BigQuery and Looker Studio.
